My Mission:
Serving Public Interest through Legal Advocacy
A Younger Gordon - Circa 1982
I don't believe in insignificant cases. Every client significantly harmed, whether just one or groups of thousands, has a story that deserves to be told and rights that must be protected. My Litigation Project model has shed light on hidden epidemics like asbestos disease in the Tire Industry and brought justice to overlooked communities. We've sued formidable opponents, from the U.S. Government to multinational corporations, and prevailed in complex, high-risk cases.
This firm has always aimed to serve the public interest. We've taken on environmental hazards, defended the rights of indigenous communities, and held powerful organizations accountable for their actions. Financial reward is not the firm’s sole aim. Every case we take on is designed to bring about positive change in the workplace and, hopefully, the global environment.
For the senior citizens out there, and for those who trusted us in the past with their asbestos-related cases, know this: The fight isn't over. Whether you're dealing with new issues or have previously settled claims, the door to justice remains open in most situations.
The purpose of this website and my ongoing mission is to alert you that the battle for accountability continues. We are here to serve those who have been harmed, especially those senior citizens who likely do not yet know they have been victims of financial elder abuse.
Do You Have a Card Like This?
If you or a loved one have or had a Shipyard or Tire Worker card, it's more than a piece of laminated paper; it's a key to understanding your legal rights, especially amid changing statutes of limitations. Don't let an asbestos-related diagnosis catch you unprepared—your card could be a critical reminder, a piece of the puzzle for securing justice and compensation. You may still have viable rights to pursue.
